Common Issues That I Can Help With Are:

- Slow or sluggish performance. Does you machine take an age to load up? When you are in Windows does it take forever to load a program?

- Unable to boot into Windows. You get an error message or your machine restarts in a constant loop. Most issues causing this can be fixed without re-installing the operation system.

- Virus Removal. If you have any virus or malware on your system, I will be able to clear it off. I always leave the system in a secure state when I have finished with (if required) a new anti virus package and also give advice on how not to get infected.

- Laptop Repairs. Any part of a laptop can be repaired or replaced. Depending on the part, it can cost a lot of money for laptop components so a quote is always given and agreed on before work is carried out. There is a small fee for diagnosing laptop issues even if no fix is carried out. It takes a long time to dismantle them properly!

- Network/Broadband installation. Would you like a wireless network or are unsure how to get broadband?

- Upgrades. New hard drive? Memory? Processor? Would like advice on what spec to upgrade to?

- Health check. Do you just want to make sure you machine if healthy and performing to its optimum ability?

- New machine advice/build and set up. Have you come to the stage where you need a new machine? I can give you advice on what to get or if you would like a custom spec I will be able to build it for you.
